Long story short, REBMINLU will now be expanding to sharing posts about travel, culture, and art. That’s awesome, right? But, I don’t want to forget the amazing experience and people I met while doing street photography back when REBMINLU focused solely on street styles. In remembrance of that season, here is a collage of all the photos I took. If you want to read the whole story though, scroll all the way down. I won’t be offended if you don’t (more so cause I won’t know).
For almost 4 years, I think I’ve created at least four or five different blog sites, but could never really grasp what exactly I wanted to blog about. (I guess this is the indecisive part of me.) It took several trial and errors, and somehow like a small snowball being rolled in the snow, REBMINLU was created through a series of different ideas being put together.
Originally, when I first started this blog last year, I thought I was only going to focus solely on street fashion and how people express themselves through their styles; however, I wanted to write about more. I realized there were so many things I was passionate about: art, culture, people, religion, and travel. I didn’t want to limit my blog to one theme, so for the last few months, I decided to rebrand and redesign REBMINLU to represent who I am and what I am passionate about. Though this is the start of a new project for me, I hope you can join me as I share stories about living abroad in China, tips for traveling, photos of art, information about culture, and interviews with people I meet along my trips. I can’t tell you exactly what this really means, cause I’m still in the process of figuring things out, but I’d like to think that this blog would still be a place where I can share, collect, and record things I’m passionate about.
If you read everything, comment with the word “HELLO.” I’m just curious to see how many people read my story.
